We truly depend on volunteers who are willing to spare their time, energy and resources to help us.
The Bosnian Heart does not have any plans to employ and pay individuals, and the officers and directors will administer funding programs exclusively on a volunteer basis.
Our main income source will be fundraising.
We will serve the community in St. Louis, Missouri, to channel its fundraising events into organized and purpose-based events. Fundraiser date and specific goal is planned by the Board of directors and then advertised through word of mouth, email, Bosnian radio programs, and personal contacts to the general public.
We are mainly trying to help people who really need urgent help and for whom even the smallest amount of money or any kind of other assistance could help survive the current financial crisis.
